BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) Covid Security

  1. We are not operating with any restrictions at this time.  However, please do not visit if you have tested positive for Covid 19.

2) Timings

  1. We can only hold late tables for 15 minutes after the booked time and unless otherwise informed your eating time will be presumed to be 15 minutes after your booking / arrival time.

  2. So as not to delay other diners we are unable to wait for the whole party to arrive if some are running late.

  3. We allow for two hour sittings.

3) Deposits

  1. Please book a table via phone, you will be emailed a link to pay a deposit online. 

  2. We hold tables for 48 hours after the link to pay the deposit has been sent. After this point the tables will be re-sold. 

  3. Deposit is deducted from the total cost of your bill.

  4. Deposit is fully refundable should a cancellation be made 48hrs prior to your booking time. This also applies to a reduction in numbers.

  5. Should Government guidance or legislation require us to close you will be given the option to move your booking or receive a refund for your deposit.

4) Pre-order

  1. Please Pre-order your meal using the pre-order form which will be emailed to you. 

  2. Please submit your pre-order a week prior to your booking.  Many of our suppliers are specialist independents and so the more notice of an order the better.

  3. Please note without a pre-order we will be unable to host your party.

  4. Once you have submitted your pre-order please contact the restaurant team direct to make any amendments to your order.  

5) Allergens

  1. Please include details of any allergies on the pre-order form.

  2. Please speak to us if you require a different meal to those offered on the set menu.

6) Offer

  1. Free glass of prosecco per person when booking is made with deposit paid prior to 8pm on 1st November 2022 for a Monday to Thursday booking.  

  2. Offer subject to availability, standard licensing laws apply.
