Christmas 2020
Things look set to be a bit different this Christmas but as things stand we can still host tables of up to 6 for Christmas meals. Please be aware of the below Booking Terms and Conditions...
1) Covid Security

All of our current Covid Security policies remain in place. This includes the requirement to wear a mask when not seated, our only operating table service and the 10pm closing time (last orders at 9.30pm).

We can only accept bookings for tables of up to six people.

If a group books multiple tables of six they will not be able to mix / mingle and we cannot guarantee that tables will be at the same time or next to each other.

One person / company cannot book multiple tables, we will require a lead name for each table and this person will be responsible for registering the visit for track and trace purposes, managing pre-ordering and settling deposits.

Each table of six is treated as a separate booking.
2) Timings

We can only hold late tables for 15 minutes after the booked time and unless otherwise informed your eating time will be presumed to be 15 minutes after your booking / arrival time.

So as not to delay other diners we are unable to wait for the whole party to arrive if some are running late.

We allow for two hour sittings.
3) Deposits

Please book a table via phone, you will be asked to pay a £10 per person deposit at the time of booking.

We are unable to provisionally hold tables without a deposit.

Deposit is deducted from the total cost of your bill.

Deposit is fully refundable should a cancellation be made 48hrs prior to your booking time. This also applies to a reduction in numbers.

Deposit is fully refundable if Government guidance or legislation changes since the time of booking and restricts your visit.

Should Government guidance or legislation require us to close you will be given the option to move your booking or receive a refund for your deposit.

We are unable to provisionally hold tables without a deposit.
4) Pre-order

Please Pre-order your meal using the pre-order form. This is available on our website.

Please submit your pre-order a week prior to your booking. Many of our suppliers are specialist independents and so the more notice of an order the better.

Please note without a pre-order we will be unable to host your party.

Once you have submitted your pre-order please contact the restaurant team direct to make any amendments to your order.
5) Allergens

Please include details of any allergies on the pre-order form.

Please speak to us if you require a different meal to those offered on the set menu.
6) Offer
-
Free glass of prosecco per person when booking is made with deposit prior to 8pm on 8th November 2020 for a Monday to Thursday booking.

Offer subject to availability, standard licensing laws apply.
